There are all operations of mass production of books and catalogues – from pre-press through printing, binding, packing and delivery within one organization.

COLOUR MANAGEMENT, HIGH QUALITY PRINTING

The key to our fine printing is the top quality German HEIDELBERG and Japanese Ryobi printing presses, the colour management used during pre-press as well as in all stage of printing and the technique of AM and FM raster.

COMPLETE BINDING AND FINISHING

Hardcover, softcover, flexocover and saddle stitched products. We offer consultation on unique requests, products with flaps, manual bookbinding solutions.

EXPORT COSTUMER SERVICE TEAM

Professional, experienced, multilingual (English, German, French) staff with flexible, customer-centred attitude helps the costumer throughout the production for the best possible outcome. Approximately 50% of the total turnover comes from abroad.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy of Central Dabas Printing House is the commitment towards high quality, continuous development and stable business structure. Our well-prepared personnel is eager to serve our customers at a professional level. We are looking beside the traditional book production constantly for new solutions which conduce to success the printed products.

HISTORY OF OUR PRINTING HOUSE

1972

The Hungarian state founded the predecessor of our company the Dabas Printing House, those prior products were schoolbooks.

1995

The company joined the Reálszisztéma-group and took the name Reálszisztéma Dabas Printing House. A continuous renewing of the machinery began. In our portfolio we had the high quality coloured hardcover books as highest importance.

2005-2007

In succession of a bigger investment a brand new CTP pre-press and 2 B1-size Komori printing presses were set to work.

2009

The share of export orders reached 50 %.

2015

The second CTP-system was set to work and the expansion of bookbinding capacity began.

2015-2016

Start of the cross-media development and LivePRINT application.

2018

In the second half of 2018 Reálszisztéma Group sold 100% of the shares of Reálszisztéma Dabas Printing House Plc. to Central Production Ltd., which belongs to Central Group. At the same time the name of the printing house was modified to Central Dabas Printing House Plc.

2019

The folding machine fleet was expanded with a new machine.

2020

A new case making machine was installed in our Binding Plant.

2021

In our Printing House, the latest innovation of HEIDELBERG Co., an 8-colours, new generation printing machine started its operation.

2022

In our Binding Plant, a new creasing, folding and gluing machine as well as a new thread-sewing machine help the process of book production.
